Depuis quelques jours, la ville de Nice a inauguré un nouvel itinéraire qui comblera touristes et locaux en quête d'originalité. Le premier sentier de grande randonnée, fameux GR, dans une grande ville de France est désormais accessible à Nice.
Une boucle balisée traversant collines et quartiers qui prend son départ dans l'hyper-centre - la promenade du Paillon - pour s'achever 42 km plus loin... en bord de mer.
Un itinéraire initiatique façonné par la nature et l'Homme avec un dénivelé de 1000m qui nous entraine depuis le Vieux-Nice vers le Mont-Boron et le Fort du Mont-Alban avec en ligne de mire le Vinaigrier. En remontant l'Est de la ville, direction Pasteur et les collines de Rimiez et Gairaut qui conduisent le promeneur au Nord de la ville. Ici, en traversant Saint-Pancrace, il poursuivra son chemin vers la Madeleine Supérieure avant de descendre, à l'Ouest, sur le quartier de Magnan et retrouver ainsi le littoral.
